Google is the most favorite search engine of this internet world. It receives millions of visitors beyond our imagination. Currently it has eight billion pages in its index and hunting for more. If your website is well optimized, after getting indexed, you can get hundreds and thousands of visitors per week.

ASK JEEVES Advertising campaigns are available for many methods of inclusion in Ask Jeeves and Direct Hit's directories.

THE OPEN DIRECTORY PROJECT

ODP is a web directory of Internet resources. A web directory is something akin to a cross between a huge reference library and the yellow pages. The directory is hierarchically arranged by subject - from broad to specific. The ODP is maintained by community editors who evaluate sites for inclusion in the directory. They are our experts, and all submissions are subject to editor evaluation. We aren't a search engine and pride ourselves on being highly selective. We don't accept all sites, so please don't take it personally should your site not be accepted." Submit a site if a site has not been listed within three weeks, you may submit it again.

GOOGLE DIRECTORY This directory results are compiled via the Open Directory Project.

Try the directory.

AOL Add your site to the directory. AOL Search is a hierarchical Web directory, organized by subject. All our user-submitted Web content is maintained by the Open Directory Project which is run by a staff of volunteer editors who choose to evaluate and classify Web sites in one or more categories. The editor exercises the option of choosing to add a site, moving sites between categories and creating new sites.

Please note that if your site is accepted, it will also appear on other sites that use the Open Directory, such as Netscape, Lycos and Hotbot, as well as within AOL Search.

GALAXY List your site. To ensure that all Galaxy listings are organized and presented in a logical and intuitive fashion, we offer three service plans where a staff editor will manually review your submission:
Standard $5.00 - your site will be reviewed within 90 business days;
Express $20.00 - your site will be reviewed within 20 business days;
$100.00 - your site will be reviewed within 2 business days.

YAHOO! is probably the most popular and important directory on the net accounting for at least half of all traffic. When marketing your commercial site you can't go wrong by using this service first.

How to suggest a site. Yahoo! always distinguishes between commercial and non-commercial sites. If you're suggesting a site that is in any way commercial--it sells something, promotes goods and services, or promotes a company that sells goods and services--then the site belongs somewhere in the Business and Economy section of Yahoo! The current fee for Yahoo! Business Express is a one-time, nonrefundable fee of US$299.00 for each web site submitted.

If your site is already listed but you wish to make changes click here for the change form. You can: change the title of your listing; edit the description of your listing; suggest additional or different categories for your listing; or change the email address associated with your listing.
